In this entry-level management role, you’ll oversee daily store operations, mentor associates, and help achieve sales goals while upholding Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure great experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members to grow skills in entry-level retail and customer service.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
