Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Advise customers on Skechers products to ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily store operations and security procedures.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: Restock products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
