Qualifications

• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks and customer service.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store targets through effective selling techniques.
