Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create amazing experiences for customers. (Often called Keyholder elsewhere.) Across our retail locations in the U.S.

and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute through face-to-face interactions and lead by example when a manager isn’t present. You’ll share Warby Parker’s story on the floor, participate in process improvement, and collaborate on special projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive problem-solving.

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful style advice.
• Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience.
• Lead by example as a proactive team player when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store and manage front-of-house operations.
