Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to deliver nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. On the sales floor you’ll lead by example, share Warby Parker’s story, and help drive store operations when a manager isn’t present.

You bring retail leadership, exceptional communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team check-ins, while keeping a positive energy through long hours.

Qualifications

• Professional retail experience with a customer-focused company.
• 6+ months in a management position.

Responsibilities
