Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring daily store performance and a quality customer experience. The role supports leadership on the floor, with a focus on sales and brand standards.

Schedule varies weekly, with 12–16 hours per week and required Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Peak periods may require additional hours to meet business needs and maintain exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident; able to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
