Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales performance. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, and maintain store standards.

The role emphasizes customer focus, excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Schedule varies with at least some weekend and holiday coverage, with opportunities for advancement within a global brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leading groups or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
