Job summary

Mejuri is looking for a Floor Lead to drive exceptional customer service and store execution in Bellevue, WA. You will lead a vibrant team on the sales floor, training staff, upholding Mejuri’s standards, and delivering a standout luxury retail experience.

As a key store leader, you will manage operations, inventory, and merchandising while focusing on KPIs, service quality, and staff development. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Maximize results and achievement of KPIs by driving performance and engagement of the team.
• Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services (piercing, engraving, and other offerings).
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts, ensure proper technology and troubleshooting guidance.
• Support in back-of-house flow for sales, phone sales or BOPIS and ensure packaging standards.
• Maintain organization of BOH and display inventory, packaging, and supplies.
• Proficient in POS, inventory management software, and other retail tech.
• Mitigate loss and escalate issues with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Support merchandising and visual standards maintenance.
• Participate in onboarding and integration of new talent.
• Assess performance and KPIs; foster an engaging work environment.
