Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide our sales team by example, sharing product knowledge and Vuori's brand values while delivering a positive customer experience. You’ll supervise the floor, delegate tasks, and collaborate with Store leadership to maintain standards.

Available mornings/evenings/weekends, you will drive sales goals in a team-based environment, foster relationships with customers, and mentor teammates to uphold service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Available mornings/evenings/weekends and able to work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team by example to deliver Vuori's brand values and create unforgettable customer experiences.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare fittings, locate sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise fit and styling.
• Build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge, replenishment, and event invites.
• Stay informed on new and best-selling items and share insights with customers and team.
• Lead daily store operations when managers are not present.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals in a team-based environment and seek new product knowledge.
• Oversee project completion while maintaining focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on daily maintenance and sales strategy.
