Job summary

Vuori, based in a fast-paced retail environment, is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team, uphold Vuori's brand values, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the floor. You will work under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to supervise daily operations and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience with the sales team.
• Own the sales floor and ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and give honest feedback on merchandise fit.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and invite them to events.
• Stay knowledgeable on new products and top sellers and share with customers and team.
• Lead daily store operations when management is absent and motivate the team to hit goals.
• Seek product knowledge and act as an expert for customers across fashion and active-wear.
• Manage inventory needs and support business goals through teamwork.
• Maintain store presentation, restock, and adhere to safety and opening/closing procedures.
