Job summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, sharing brand values and product knowledge to create an unforgettable customer experience.

You will supervise daily store operations with the Store Manager, motivate the team to hit sales goals, stay current on new products, and manage inventory needs and visual merchandising to keep the store performing at its best.

Qualifications

• Able to work mornings/evenings with 5-day work week and weekend day.
• Strong leadership and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Lead the sales floor to ensure best customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on fit.
• Build relationships by discussing product details and events.
• Stay knowledgeable on new and best-selling products.
• Supervise daily store operations in the manager's absence.
• Motivate team and hit sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Coordinate inventory needs with management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures follow safety standards.
