Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team with product knowledge and a positive attitude. You will work under the Store Manager to supervise the floor, delegate tasks, and model Vuori’s brand values while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes ownership of daily floor operations, team motivation, and building relationships with customers through knowledge of new products and fitting room assistance.

Qualifications

• Customer service expert who creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Able to lead a team and manage daily store operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Available for mornings/evenings, weekends and extended shifts.

Responsibilities
