Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will support store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales goals.

The role requires 12–16 hours weekly with weekend availability, a strong customer focus, and the ability to lead with energy and initiative. Wages start at $19.80 per hour and advance with performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and be energetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
