Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a best-in-class in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly.

On the sales floor you’ll lead by example, drive daily sales, maintain visual displays, fulfill omni-channel orders, and coach the team on product knowledge and customer service. Schedule is part-time (12–16 hours weekly) with weekend and holiday availability; starting pay is $20.85 per

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
