Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience, acting as Floor Supervisor for Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will drive on-floor performance, coach teams, and lead daily sales while maintaining store presentation and brand standards.

Expect a part-time schedule (12–16 hours/week) with weekend availability, plus holiday coverage. Starting pay is $20.90/hour with eligibility for benefits and staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but preferred.
• Ability to lead groups and maintain strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register / Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
