Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to supervise in-store operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining visual displays, and analyzing reports to inform decisions. This role supports the store leadership team with asset protection, inventory control, and representing the brand culture.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required. Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
