Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience and to act as Floor Supervisor guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

You will drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales goals. As part of the store leadership team, you will open/close routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and coach the team to stay on brand while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.

Responsibilities
