Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales. You will lead opening and closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni-channel orders, and drive sales through fashion knowledge and brand awareness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, visual merchandising, data-informed decisions, and asset protection while embodying company culture and values on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent qualification.
• Retail experience and/or supervisory potential.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead groups, adapt, and balance multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and confident, energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities
