Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver quality in-store experiences and drive daily sales.

You’ll participate in store leadership and mentor the team on customer service, product knowledge, and visual standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, building displays, analyzing reports, and safeguarding store assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and embody company culture and values.
