Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor activities, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the sales floor. You will ensure a quality in-store experience and align with company culture on a daily basis.

Schedule varies weekly with 12–16 hours per week, requiring weekend availability and some holiday shifts. Peak periods may increase hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups/teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
