Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experience. You’ll supervise floor activities, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales on the floor with strong customer focus.

Schedule will vary weekly, with 12-16 hours per week and required weekend availability. Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs. Join a globally recognized omnichannel retailer committed to its culture and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
