Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. The role acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales on the floor.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and support the store leadership team in achieving customer satisfaction and sales goals. This role provides growth opportunities within a global omnichannel retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; experience in leading groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
