Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers enjoy a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and focused on daily sales goals.

You’ll open and close the store, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions. A customer-focused, energetic leader with strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Operate the register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
