Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in our stores seeks a Key Lead responsible for delivering a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving daily sales performance. You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visuals, analyze reports and protect assets.

You will represent the brand with energy, adaptability, and strong customer focus, while supporting the store leadership team to achieve daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and be energetic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
