Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store experience. You will support store operations, coach teammates, and help drive daily sales while upholding the brand culture.

As part of the store leadership team, you will oversee opening/closing routines, POS use, and visual displays. This role offers part‑time hours with weekend availability and potential peak-time shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience not required but preferred.
• Maintain strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate clear communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
