Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and help achieve daily sales targets.

The role involves opening/closing routines, operating POS, executing omni-channel orders, visual displays, and using reports to inform decisions. Availability including weekends and peak periods is required; a high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open/close routines and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and participate in inventory control.
