Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. The role acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly.

You will drive sales through product knowledge, maintain visual displays, protect store assets, and analyze reports to inform decisions. Schedule involves weekend availability and variable hours with peak-season increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
