Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you’ll coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

You’ll perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, and protect assets. A dynamic, customer-focused leader with strong communication and adaptability fits well.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close routines.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
