Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and a top-tier in-store experience.

You will perform opening/closing procedures, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain product knowledge and visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody our brand values on the sales floor. Schedule is 12–16 hours weekly with required weekend availability; peak times may increase

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
