Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure exceptional in-store experiences and daily sales performance.

You will open and close routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, showcase product knowledge, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect store assets, and embody the brand and values on the floor. Schedule is 12-16 hours weekly with Saturdays and Sundays required, with higher hours during peak

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leadership experience is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends and be energetic and assertive.
• Take initiative, stay adaptable and balanced with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
