Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will drive store performance on the floor, supporting daily sales and customer service objectives.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, and omni-channel order fulfillment. A high school diploma is preferred, with 1 year of retail experience desired; leadership experience is optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Retail experience helpful, supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
