Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an excellent in-store experience and daily sales performance.

You will support opening/closing, POS operations, and omni-channel fulfillment while coaching a team, maintaining visuals, and protecting assets. The role emphasizes adaptability, initiative, and strong customer service on a fast-paced floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading groups/teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal/communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
