Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales performance.

You will lead opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while analyzing sales data. A strong customer focus and adaptable, energetic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
