Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Texas seeks a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience, acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to run store operations effectively.

You will lead on the sales floor, perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody our values while driving daily sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is preferred.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close routines and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain product knowledge.
• Build visual displays and monitor store visuals.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions and protect store assets.
• Represent the Brand and uphold company culture and values.
