Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth store operations.

You’ll help drive daily sales and be part of the store leadership team, promoting brand values. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, visual merchandising, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
