Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure outstanding in-store experiences and lead Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor.

You will be part of the store leadership, guiding daily operations and driving sales through customer focus and team achievement. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining visuals, analyzing reports, protecting assets, and representing the brand with strong communication and energy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leadership of groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities
