Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor, ensuring a quality in-store experience. You will be part of the store leadership, driving performance through customer focus and team achievement of daily sales goals.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operations, Omni-channel fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory control, with a dynamic schedule including weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience not required but preferred.
• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
