Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you’ll guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations efficient and performance-focused on the sales floor.

You’ll open/close, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, showcase product knowledge, build displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand values. Availability on weekends and peak times is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required; leadership of groups is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.
• Able to balance multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented.
