Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems, including POS equipment, in-store networks, and peripherals across retail and SMB environments.

The role requires travel, occasional overtime, and on-call coverage; you will perform installations, repairs, upgrades, and on-site problem solving while keeping customers informed and ensuring service quality.

Competenze

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience, IT/Technical degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% domestically and by air.
• Knowledge of PC technology, networks, and POS equipment.

Mansioni

• Repair and service products in retail environments; install and upgrade POS equipment.
• Travel within territory or nationally to installations and upgrades.
• Communicate status and build customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Document installation activities according to Toshiba standards.
