Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to service retail store technologies and POS systems across various environments in the United States. The role covers installation, basic repairs, diagnostics and on-site support to ensure customer satisfaction and reliable store operations.

Travel is required within the territory; documentation of activities must follow Toshiba standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years’ electronics experience.
• Willing to travel 100% domestically and abroad as needed.
• Knowledge of PC technology, networks, POS devices, and retail hardware.
• Mechanical aptitude with electronics and use of test equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and services on products in territory.
• Travel to customer locations for installations or modifications.
• Communicate status and build customer relationships.
• Meet service levels, plan and schedule work efficiently.
• Document installation activities per Toshiba standards.
• Maintain trunk stock to support customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
