Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to independently maintain retail store technology and POS systems across assigned client sites. The role includes installing, supporting and repairing equipment in store environments, with travel to customer locations as needed.

You will work with a range of Toshiba and non-Toshiba retail products, ensuring service quality, timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction while following company procedures and reporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4+ years of related service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (100% travel).
• Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair Toshiba retail POS equipment and related store systems.
• Travel to customer locations as required and coordinate schedules.
• Document installation and service activities according to company standards.
