Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair retail store technologies across customer sites. You will perform installations, troubleshooting, and on-site service in a fast-paced environment, with travel to multiple locations and flexible hours.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience; IT/Technical degree preferred, and 100% travel.

Competenze

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience; IT/Technical degree or certificate preferred.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time, domestic and/or air travel.
• Operates with knowledge of PC technology, network infrastructure, and retail devices.
• Ability to follow written or spoken directions and communicate clearly.
• Good customer service skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Operates in assigned territory and performs repairs and services on products; installs equipment at sites without assistance.
• Travel within territory or nationally to perform installations and upgrades to retail POS equipment.
• Communicates with customers and team members regarding status and satisfaction; supports service delivery methodology.
• Plans, prioritizes, and schedules work; arranges travel using approved tools; works varying shifts including overtime.
• Maintains documentation of installation activities per Toshiba standards.
• Maintains trunk stock to support customers and performs related duties as assigned.
