Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and peripherals in diverse environments, including stores and SMB spaces. You will install, support, and repair Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA products, sometimes performing component exchanges and basic diagnostics.

You must be willing to travel domestically full-time, handle a variety of devices, and document work per company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years in electronics.
• Willing to travel 100% domestically; may be assigned to a local territory.
• Basic PC, network, flat panel TVs/monitors, POS devices knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude with electricity & electronics; read/deliver directions.
• Strong customer service and clear communication; multitask well.
• Physically able to perform lifting and field work.

Responsibilities

• Operates in territory performing basic repairs and services on products.
• Travel to customer locations for installations or upgrades.
• Communicates status and outcomes clearly with customers and team.
• Documents activities per Toshiba standards using provided tools.
• Maintains trunk stock and basic tools for service delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
