Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems across customer sites in the United States. The role involves installation, repair, and support of Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience; IT/Technical degree or certificate preferred.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time; domestic and/or air travel may be necessary.
• Knowledge of PC technology, network infrastructure, and retail POS equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operates in territory and performs repairs and services on products; installs equipment in new/remodeled sites.
• Travel to customer locations to perform installations, relocations, and configuration changes.
• Communicate status and issues to customers and management; maintain customer relationships; follow Toshiba delivery methodology.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule work; arrange travel using approved tools; respond to schedule changes.
