Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to service and repair retail store technologies across various environments. You will handle product installation, diagnostics, and basic repairs, with travel to customer locations as required.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and efficient service execution. The position involves on-site work, potential overtime, and heavy lifting as part of a busy service schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years’ experience in electronics field.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time domestically and by air.
• Knowledge of PC technology, network basics, POS equipment and related retail devices.

Responsibilities

• Operates in assigned territory and performs basic repairs and services on products.
• Travels within territory or nationally for installations, relocations, upgrades or modifications.
• Communicates status and customer satisfaction with management and team members.
• Completes service events in a high quality and timely manner to meet commitments.
• Plans, prioritizes, and schedules work; arranges travel using approved tools.
• Documents installation activities per Toshiba standards (travel, timecards, expenses).
• Maintains trunk stock to support customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
