Job summary

ITG Brands seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive retailer commitments, expand shelf space, and promote company products across assigned Texas retailers. You will develop selling plans, justify promotions, and collaborate with division resources to maximize sales performance.

The role requires strong retailer engagement, timely reporting, and the ability to interpret consumer and retailer insights for better outcomes. Travel within the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license issued from state of residence.
• Knowledge of: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Skilled in: Verbal and written communication
• Problem/situation analysis

• Ability to: Make sales and obtain commitments.

Responsibilities

• Sell to retailers and secure commitments to increase stock and promote programs.
• Develop selling plans resonating with retailers across company categories.
• Demonstrate product and industry knowledge to market Company products.
• Collaborate with division resources to identify sales opportunities.
• Deliver assigned retail execution objectives and key priorities.
• Build and maintain strong retail partnerships across the assignment.
• Identify opportunities and provide input for improved sales strategies.
