Job summary

ITG Brands is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive commitments with retailers, expand shelf space, participate in incentive programs, and promote promotional materials. You will identify opportunities to increase volume, optimize coverage, and help meet sales objectives while representing ITG Brands with integrity.

Based in Kentucky, you will travel to retailers, build strong partnerships, and collaborate with division teams to execute plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ years related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and promotions to retailers.
• Develop selling plans aligned with retailers.
• Identify sales opportunities to drive volume and market share.
• Maintain strong retail partnerships and manage store coverage.
• Align with Division Sales Manager on opportunities.
• Report customer and competitive insights to HQ.
