Job summary

ITG Brands is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive retailer commitments, increase product placement, and expand shelf space in assigned territories. You will build credibility with retailers, optimize coverage, and promote company priorities to maximize volume and market share.

This role emphasizes strong communication, strategic account planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver retail execution excellence in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 21+ and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
• Experience in retail or sales environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ year sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and promotions to retailers.
• Develop selling plans resonating with retailers across categories.
• Identify sales opportunities to drive volume and market share.
• Manage retail partnerships and ensure coverage per plan.
• Provide retailer insights to HQ to improve performance.
