Zusammenfassung

Genesis is seeking a Sales Retail Experience Manager in California to lead the development and deployment of retailer sales programs and customer journey strategies. You will manage budgets, partner with suppliers, and coordinate with service and regional sales teams to optimize the vehicle purchase experience and drive repurchase opportunities.

You will drive data-driven improvements, oversee program documentation, and work across Marketing, IT, and sales to implement best-in-class processes.

Qualifikationen

• Six or more years of automotive OEM experience with Retail Sales experience.
• Three plus years of dealer contact experience preferred.
• Budget management experience desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in the field with headquarters’ staff.
• Self-starter, enthusiastic team player.

Aufgaben

• Create and implement retailer sales process and customer journey strategies and programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction within the vehicle purchase experience.
• Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to create and execute programs.
• Maintain department budget and manage supplier billings and agreements.
• Secondary area of responsibility includes interaction with service and regional sales teams.
• Lead the creation and implementation of a world-class sales process and customer journey from purchase to delivery and repurchase.
• Support Marketing’s Digital Retail Solution and Genesis Concierge to integrate into sales process.
• Provide data/program analysis on initiatives related to customer experience.
• Assist in competitive analysis and industry trends relating to customer experience.
• Manage activities and performance of business partners and timelines.
