Job summary

Genesis, part of Hyundai Motor Group, in Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager for Genesis Customer Experience to oversee regional CX activities, drive GSX/GBX performance, and partner with the national CX team on programs. This role includes budgeting, analytics, and training development for retailers to elevate service quality across the region.

You will partner with regional leadership to implement CX improvements, manage regional programs, and serve as the SME for CX dashboards and governance

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of wholesale related automotive experience.
• Budget management oversight.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all regional Customer Experience activities within the designated Genesis Region.
• Advance GSX and GBX performance, regional CX reporting, analysis, and strategy; support JD Power field consulting and retailer training.
